the personnel were superfriendly and made me feel welcome. i took a family room with extremely hot air con and an air conditioner, for instance. the breakfast was nice hot and large at £16 and reasonably priced.

Fantastic and clean hotel with supper friendly staff especially on night shift. Exceptionally comfortable bed and great location so close to the lovely Teddington area. Based very close to nice cafes, pubs and restaurants, and a large conservatory. Great to have an a la carte restaurant for dinner

A very nice hotel, which is more like an old castle. Very nice ambience, very good equipment. . Nice staff, just right for family and recreation.

Was very far out of London. By bus and train it takes a very long time to get to the centre of London and it is definitely more than 16 km away from the centre. One should travel there by car. By bus and train to the city centre takes too long and is also expensive.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and relaxing massage options. The staff even helped me return my forgotten headphones on my first stay. Highly recommend for a great experience!

We have booked family room with excellent facilities.

Coffee/tea making machines and a fridge were very handy. The view from the hotel was magnificent and the breakfast was satisfactory with dishes replenished regularly, warm incipid tea, undercooked toast.

The grounds are beautiful, perfect for relaxation.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety and value for the price.

Very beautiful huge area directly at the Thames, with many sports fields and fields around it, very good & rich breakfast buffet, very tasty food in the hotel in a casual atmosphere at sky-sport.

In the sauna area there could be a few more reclining possibilities.

Breakfast was delicious! The breakfast staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Very nice overall!

Receptionist was unfriendly upon arrival and did not want to accept the girls, as I booked for my daughter and three of her friends, although they already had the confirmation of my payment. That was a huge minus point for the beginning but the other staff made up for it.

The room was comfy and had a nice view! Enjoyed the lovely sauna and steam facilities, and the spa treatments were great.

Very good bathroom and facilities in the bedroom . Helpful friendly staff . Excellent breakfast . Very clean bedroom and bathroom . Quiet rooms . Location is good - easy access to the river . Free parking also very good .

The double bed could be larger .

I had a great time during my short stay for a business trip. The indoor swimming pool and fitness facilities were fantastic, providing a much-needed way to unwind after a long day of meetings. The atmosphere was quite pleasant, and the staff were attentive, making my experience enjoyable.

Far enough away from Twickenham not to be a problem but close enought to walk. Food was excellent. Fantastic staff. Helpfull and polite. Great location. Splendid vita. Facilities are too numerous to mention. Lots of pubs near by. Great walks close to hand. The main thing fo me. Your staff are helpfull and excellent.

I asked for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. So I was next to the lift shaft on the 3rd floor and the doors squeak like a devil. You can hear the motor being used all night. At 0513 in the morning a compressor or pump ran for ten minutes beside oour heads. Quiiet room? No. The floor needs hoovering behind the door. Just showing signs of it age..... Parking was a bit restricted ...but not a huge problem.

The executive room was excellent and great sports facilities. Good location next to Thames and near station to get into London. Good buffet breakfast.
